Laurel PD asking for public’s help in identifying woman accused of theft

Laurel Police say they are looking for a woman accused of theft from the Post Office Monday morning.
We’re told a Caucasian woman entered and purchased a money order, while the post office employee stepped away from the counter, the woman allegedly took the money order along with her payment and left the store.
As the employee gave the woman her change, police say she knowingly accepted it and left.
We’re told the incident was captured on camera.
The woman is described as a 5’6″ – 5’10” Caucasian female, between the ages of 30 and 45.
