Kent Island routes Bennett following weather delay

The fireworks continued for KI in the first, with minutes remaining quarterback Luke Fromert found a streaking Sean Mooney down the sideline for a 71-yard touchdown, putting the home team ahead 21-0 before the first quarter was over. A couple more rushing scores by Fromert and Quinn would boulster the Bucs halftime lead to 37-0. With the running clock set up in the second half, the Bucs would get one more score before the final whistle.

Next week, Kent Island goes on to take on Cambridge, while Bennett faces city rival Parkside.
