Information sought on Eden Quick Stop robbery

Troopers are looking for information, after the robbery of a convenience store in Somerset County.
Maryland State Police say around 6:00 AM on Monday, Troopers responded to the Eden Quick Stop on Eden Allen Road, for reports of a robbery. Once on scene, Investigators found that someone had gone into the store, and demanded money from the clerk.
The suspect reportedly fled, after receiving an undisclosed amount of cash. Troopers say they, with help from Deputies with the Somerset County Sheriff’s Office, tried to locate the suspect, but didn’t find them. The Maryland State Police Criminal Enforcement Division has now assumed the investigation.
