Gold Alert issued for 14-year-old in Dover

Dover PD has issued a Gold Alert for 14-year-old Nadica Tompkins.

We’re told Tompkins was last seen leaving Kent General Hospital, in Dover, around 7PM.

Police describe Tompkins as a 5’4″, 140 lbs, light-skinned black female, wearing blue jeans, pink shirt, and a green jacket.

Authorities say Tompkins has a condition that requires medical attention.
