Authorities in Dover, are looking for an inmate who reportedly left a corrections center, without permission.
The Delaware Department of Correction says 31-year-old Joel Miller, of Dover, left the Morris Community Corrections Center, in Dover without authorization on Friday.
Officials say all attempted to get in touch with Miller have failed, resulting in a warrant for his arrest on escape charges. Miller is described as a 5′ 10″ tall white man, weighing 230 pounds, with brown eyes, black hair and a beard. He reportedly has tattoos on both of his arms.
