Dole Fresh Vegetables announces recall of spinach salad

Dole Fresh Vegetables is recalling their Dole Spinach due to a possible health risk from Salmonella.

Effected bags contain a “Enjoy by” date of October 15, 2015 and are coded A27409B and A27409A.  

Officials say there are no reports of illnesses as a result of eating the bag salad.

And neither Baby Spinach nor any other salads are included in this recall.

The salads were distributed in Maryland along with a number of other states as well.
