Deadline looming for OTC input

The deadline is looming for Delaware residents to submit comments on a portion of the proposed Overbrook Town Center (“OTC”) project.

Delawareans have until November 4 to give their input on whether the state should the 114 acres along Route 1, near Cave Neck Road, back to a Level 4.

According to knowotc.org, this would reportedly retain the rural landscape and preserve open areas and farmlands as it was in 2004.
