UPDATE: Armed robbery suspect arrested

Police say they have arrested the suspect believed to have been involved in the armed robbery incident of the Somers Cove Market.
According to Crisfield Police, 38-year-old Clarence Nicholson was arrested early Saturday morning. We’re told Nicholson was arrested in Princess Anne, after authorities received information that Nicholson was attempting to get out of town.
Police say they first responded to 330 Cove Street for a report of an armed robbery around 4:30 p.m. Thursday. The store manager told police the suspect entered the store displaying a silver-colored automatic handgun and announced a robbery.
Nicholson was wanted on four arrest warrants including Armed Commercial Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Burglary, and Parole Retake.
The suspect has been placed on $325,000 bail and the parole retake warrant is a no bail, according to police.
