UPDATE: Amber Alert canceled for missing Montgomery Co. child

UPDATE: Farah Muhammed has been located unharmed in Frederick, Md.

The Maryland Child Abduction Emergency had reported Farah Eva Muhammed, 1, was last seen in the area of Gaithersburg, Md.

Officials believed the child was abducted by her father, Jason Winston Kelly.

Kelly is described as a light skin male, 6’1, and 189 lbs., who is bald with a beard.

There is no word yet on Kelly’s condition.
