Tyree Henry Leads Decatur To Victory

Stephen Decatur entered this fall with big expectations surrounded Tyree Henry – who isn’t known for what he can do on the football field, but how he can play on a basketball court. In tonight’s game against Bo Manor, Henry proved there is much more to this young star than just a basketball.

Henry opened up the game with a near pick, but followed the defensive play with an even bigger play on special teams. The junior ran back an 85 yard punt return for a touchdown proving what he can do offensively. He added another touchdown with a pass from quarterback, Darion McKenzie. This two will be a great combination to watch this fall.

Bo Manor got on the board, but the Seahawks defense held up to get the 21-7 win at home in their season opener.
