Two arrested after string of burglaries in Sussex Co.

Two men are now in custody after they were linked to a string of burglaries in Sussex County.
According to Delaware State Police, Jason Root and Kasey Dolly were both arrested last Friday.
Police say earlier this month, the pair broke into a house on Adamsville road in Greenwood. Once inside, they reportedly removed cash sitting in a cup on the kitchen counter. Police say the suspects were seen by a neighbor, fleeing in a red Chevy impala.
That neighbor apparently recognized the car and was able identify Root and Dolly.
Authorities were then able to link the two men to four other burglaries in the area. In all the incidents, Root and Dolly apparently broke in to various homes during the day and took mostly televisions and cash. Police say the pair would pawn the televisions and use the money for drugs.
Dolly and Root are both facing various burglary and theft charges. They are both being held on bond.
