Snow Hill Soccer Edge Wi-Hi

The Snow Hill boys soccer team hit the road Tuesday and pulled out a 2-1 win over Wi-Hi. The win improves the Eagles to 3-3, while the loss drops the Indians to 1-4.
The Eagles would strike first just a couple minutes into the game after drawing a penalty kick, and Tyler Johnson would put it home. Snow Hill would then take a 2-0 lead into half time after Jakob Lemay found Spencer Camacho, who would fire one home from the top of the box. The Tribe would play better defense the second half and get several saves from Luke Edson, but they could never completely close the gap.
Snow Hill return to work Thursday when they host Stephen Decatur, while Wi-Hi returns to the field Thursday when they travel to play Parkside.
