Sept. 11 – Run For A Reason 5k

Emmanuel Wesleyan Church in Salisbury is hosting the Run For A Reason 5k Run/Walk. The event will be on September 12th at 8:00 AM.

Proceeds for the 5k will towards the Adopt-A-Block program at Emmanuel Wesleyan. Their volunteers reach out to people in the spirit of service. Teams can perform many functions including but not limited to cleaning homes, painting over graffiti, minor home repairs, organizing games for the children, and visiting with the elderly. Requests for appliances, clothing, food and furniture can also be filled through Adopt A Block.
