Police: Woman in critical condition after crash

Police say they are investigating after a crash left a Wye Mills woman with life-threatening conditions.
According to Maryland State Police Easton Barrack, the crash happened Saturday night as 27-year-old Mary Ryan was traveling eastbound on Route 50 near Chateau Road around 8:50 p.m.
For unknown reasons, police say Ryan traveled off the roadway, hit a light pole struck a ditch and rolled over.
Ryan was reportedly ejected from the vehicle and flown to Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury.
The accident remains under investigation.
