Police issue Gold Alert for missing Dover man

The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for 45-year-old David Holsinger.

According to reports, Holsinger was last seen on Tuesday night at about 9:00 PM, in the area of Nob Hill Road. He was reportedly last seen wearing blue jeans, a white t-shirt, and a black hat. Police say, he could be driving a silver 2009 Volkswagen Jetta with plates reading 415971.

Holsinger apparently suffers from conditions that require treatment, and his safety may be at risk if not properly cared for.
