National HBCU week
Monday marked the start of National Historically Black Colleges and Universities week.
As part of a white house initiative the administration is hosting a week-long conference with leaders from HBCU’s such as University of Maryland Eastern Shore and Delaware State University.
White house officials said these conferences provide a forum to exchange information -and share innovation among and between institutions.
