Easton Warriors Season Preview
The Easton Warriors take the field this fall without two of their most dominant players from the 2014 season – quarterback Jaelon Moaney and running back/linebacker Leon Flournoy. The two athletes helped take the Easton Warriors to two-straight playoff runs while leading the team off the field as well.
However, without Moaney and Flournoy, who will the Easton Warriors be in 2015? They will most definitely be a different squad, but they have several players who have stepped up to put their own twist on this program.
Quarterback, T.J. Nixon followed and watched Moaney closely – learning the way he ran the Warriors offense. The offense that Nixon will now orchestrate this upcoming season, but this isn’t his first time. During Nixon’s freshman year, he helped the Warriors during a playoff run because Moaney was injured. He he has the experience and he has the talent to lead this team back to the playoffs.
Also, the Easton Warriors have several weapons on offense like tight end, Chris Breen, and wide receiver, TyQuan Beckett who will be big targets for the junior quarterback.
Defensively, this team will also be just fine as well – a big group returning to the DB’s and on the defensive line.
Keep an eye out for the Easton Warriors to do some damage this 2015 season.
