Easton pulls thru in the second half to get the win over North Caroline

The Easton girls soccer team won a close matchup over North Caroline, 2-1 on Wednesday afternoon at Easton High School.

Easton keeper Miranda Otwell and North Caroline keeper MacKenzie Short put on a show in the first half, stopping multiple offers by both offenses. In the second half, both teams would step up the offense, North Caroline would get to Otwell, but Easton would push thru two goals for the lead, and eventual win.

Both teams are back in action on Monday, September 21st with Easton hosting Bayside rival Cambridge, while North Caroline travels to county rival Colonel Richardson.
