Del. court official found not guilty of assault

A magistrate with the Justice Of The Peace Court in Delaware has been found not guilty of the assault of his now ex-wife.

A complaint was filed against Christopher Bradley, 44, in June when his now ex-wife claimed Bradley hit her after a counseling session in Wicomico County last December.

In court on Wednesday morning, Bradley testified that he was actually the one who was assaulted that night.

The judge found Bradley not guilty due to a lack of evidence.
