Cambridge-SD Wins Big Over WiHi

WiHi entered this season wondering how they would be able to replace a player like Nelson Brown at running back and tonight – Jordan Brittingham proved to be solid, but the Cambridge-SD Vikings were ready to show what they were about this season.

The Vikings leaped out to a 14-0 lead in the first half and they continued to keep adding to the score early in the third quarter. Later in the third, WiHi managed to get on the board with QB keeper from Jason Patterson to make it a two possession game, 21-7. However, the Vikings came roaring back and finished out the game with another two touchdowns.

The Vikings enter week two of the football season with a win and look to add onto that next week. As for the Indians, I think they’ll see a better week two and big games from Barry Gaines Jr. and Jordan Brittingham.
