Bennett Inches Past Easton

The Bennett Clippers took on the Easton Warriors at the Wicomico County Stadium on Friday night and the game was extremely close throughout.

The Warriors would break the scoreboard first with a touchdown run through traffic to take a 7-0 lead. However, following the touchdown – on the ensuing kick-off – the Clippers very own, Matt Crysostome returns it for a touchdown to tie things up at 7.

This game would continue to stay tied until late in the game resulting in a Clipper win, 10-7.
