Bel Air spoils Warriors home opener

The Easton field hockey team dropped their first matchup of the season, falling 3-1 at home to Bel Air on Friday afternoon.
Tatum Crouch got the scoring started for the Warriors at the 25 minute mark, getting a pass from Tara Haddaway and finishing it to give Easton an early 1-0 lead.
Bel Air would answer back with 9:55 left in the first half when Anna Farley pushed a laser shot to the back of the box unassisted. Farley would strike again 5 minutes later, with another unassisted score. The Bobcats took a 2-1 lead into halftime.
After the break, both teaks would lift a number of shots, but none would go in until Bel Air’s Megan Keller notched her first goal of the game. The 3-1 lead would hold til the final whistle.
Easton goalie Isabella Morrison saved 13 shots on the day. The Warriors fall to 0-1 in the early season.
