2 thrown from boat, 1 charged with operating under influence

Authorities in Delaware say two men were thrown from a boat on the Nanticoke River and one has been charged with operating the boat while under the influence of alcohol.
Division of Fish and Wildlife Natural Resources Police Cpl. John McDerby said the men were thrown from the boat in the river west of Seaford on Thursday night.
McDerby says 34-year-old Matthew Cell and his passenger came ashore and neither was injured.
He says Cell was charged with operating under the influence and released pending a court appearance.
The state police Aviation Unit and the Seaford Volunteer Fire Department helped recover the boat.
The accident remains under investigation.
