UPDATE: Pomeroy’s fire ruled as arson

A fire at a Selbyville bar that happened in late July, has been ruled as arson.

The Delaware State Fire Marshal’s Office says the fire that started around 5:00 AM on July 27, at Pomeroy’s on North Dupont Boulevard, near the State line, was intentionally started.

Officials say a criminal investigation is underway, which will hopefully identify and apprehend those responsible for the blaze.
