UPDATE: Pocomoke man accused of killing nephew given no-contact order

The Pocomoke man charged with killing his three-year-old nephew back in May, had a hearing in Worcester County Circuit Court, on Thursday morning.
Twenty seven-year-old Kevin Sewell is charged with second degree murder and first degree abuse. At the hearing today, he was ordered to have no contact with any children, including his own, unless supervised by the department of social services.
He is being held without bond.
The charges stem from a May 3 incident, that reportedly led to the death of Sewell’s three-year-old nephew.
His wife Amanda Sewell is also charged in the case. She is reportedly facing first degree child abuse causing a death and neglect of a minor.
According to online court documents, she was released after posting bond back in June.
Both Kevin and Amanda are scheduled to appear in court in early October.
