UPDATE: Car recovered in PA after Rehoboth carjacking

Authorities in Rehoboth Beach say they have recovered a car in Pennyslvania, that stolen during a late July carjacking incident.
Rehoboth Beach Police say the navy blue 2014 Toyota Prius was found by GSP in the East Coventry area of Pennsylvania, on Thursday. Rehoboth says at that point they started working with the East Coventry Police Department, but the car wasn’t immediately found.
On Friday, Rehoboth Police say they made their way out to the Norristown Police Department in Pennsylvania, after additional information about the vehicles whereabouts came in. The Prius was apparently eventually located in the Pottstown area of Pennsylvania, where Police were reportedly involved in a brief car and foot pursuit, that ended with five arrests.
Two of the five arrested were apparently linked to the attempted robbery that happened at the Rehoboth 7-Eleven, just before the carjacking on Thursday morning, and a theft from a vehicle that happened around the same time.
Police say they also found evidence linking the suspects to the crimes, inside of the car. The suspects, 18-year-old Shaolin Hoff, and a 17-year-old boy, both of Pennsylvania, are still in the custody of the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, for charges associated with the recovery of the stolen vehicle, as well as fugitive warrants for pending charges from Rehoboth Beach Police.
Rehoboth Police say they are still working with the Pennsylvania authorities to identify the third suspect. Anyone with additional information about these incidents is asked to contact Det. Tyler Whitman at 302-227-2577 or Crime Stoppers through their website.
