Two arrested for ecstasy possession during Dover traffic stop

Two men were arrested early Monday, after Police say thy found ecstacy inside their vehicle, during a traffic stop.
Dover Police say around 12:30 AM, Officers on patrol stopped a vehicle driven by 24-year-old Tyrell Waters, of Lincoln, for driving with a suspended/revoked license. Police say as the Officers approached the vehicle in a parking lot along North DuPont Highway, they smelled raw marijuana, prompting them to have Waters, and his passenger, 28-year-old Brandon Barnes, of Lewes, get out of the vehicle.
Officers say they then searched the occupants and the vehicle, and found 1.1 grams of marijuana on Waters, and 22.9 grams of ecstasy in the vehicle.
Waters was charged with tier 5 possession mdma-ecstasy, possession with intent to deliver ecstasy, conspiracy 2nd degree, possession marijuana, possession drug paraphernalia, and traffic offenses, and ordered to be held at James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on a $26,501 secured bond.
Barnes was charged with tier 5 possession mdma-ecstasy, possession with intent to deliver ecstasy, conspiracy 2nd degree, and possession drug paraphernalia, and held at JTVCC on a $13,250 secured bond.
