Suspect sought in trash can fire at Salisbury park

The Maryland State Fire Marshal’s Office says, they are currently investigating another intentionally set fire, in trash cans at a Salisbury park.

According to the report, the flames started just after 10:00 PM on Wednesday, at Doverdale Park, on Johnson Street. Firefighters from Salisbury Fire Department’s Station 2 reportedly responded to the fire at three trash receptacles. The estimated cost of loss is $400.

Investigators have ruled the fire as arson, and are looking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect. Anyone with information on the incident, should call the Maryland State Fire Marshal’s office at 410-713-3780.
