Sandfest Returns

After it’s success last year Ocean City’s Sandfest will be back this year for round two starting August 24.

The week long event officials said will feature giant sand sculptures along the boardwalk  with special family attractions and activities.    

According to officials, the master champion sand sculptors will work throughout the week to create the sand masterpieces that will stay up until August 30.    

Among the highlights, sand sculpting classes will be offered on Thursday and Friday at 9 a.m.
