Salisbury mayor announces run for city council seat
34642236Salisbury Mayor Jim Ireton is not seeking a reelection for his mayoral seat.
According to Ireton, he has filed for a city council seat covering district four. The announcement was made today.
As of right now, only one person is running for Mayor if Jake Day. For a full list of those running for city council, click here.
The deadline for filing is August 18th at 4:30 PM. Election day is November 3rd.
