Police investigate fatal crash in Accomack Co.

Police say they are investigating a head-on collision that resulted in a fatality.

According to Sergeant Michelle Anaya of the Virginia State Police, the crash happened on Fleming Road, north of Hortown.

Extremely limited details are available at this time, but police say they are investigating.
