Parkside Rams Football Preview

The Parkside Rams football team is looking to improve upon their 5-5 record from 2014 when they take the field this season. The Rams took a hit in graduation at a few skill positions, but have some new faces that they expect some big things from.

The Rams graduated a class that included quarterback Devin Redding, wide receiver Juwan Williams and running back Jason Fox. The trio combined to fill up the stat sheet for the Rams all season long. Now the Rams will look to a new group to help pick up the weight this year.

For starters, Luke Pitsenbarger takes over at quarterback. While he may not be the athlete that Redding was, he has proven to have a high IQ on the field and makes great decisions with the ball. The Rams also feature a group of running backs that are all expected to contribute, led by Tra’jon Branch. 

Parkside opens the season September 4th when they travel to play Snow Hill.
