NASA Wallops to host astronomy 101 presentation

The local NASA base, is planning an astronomy events to share their knowledge of the skies, with visitors.
The NASA Wallops Flight Facility Visitor Center and its partner the Delmarva Space Sciences Foundation says on August 27, they will be holding an Astronomy 101 presentation at the Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge Herbert H. Bateman Education Center Auditorium at 7:30 and 8:00 PM.
After the presentation, the group will head to the north end of the beach parking lot #1, around 8:45 PM, for night sky observations through telescopes and binoculars.
The event is free, and open to the public.
