Man charged for second raid this year in Caroline County

A Caroline County man is behind bars, after he was apparently found making methamphetamine for the second time this year.

The Caroline County Drug Task Force says on Monday, they went to a a property on Sixth Street in Denton, to execute a search warrant on a tent in the backyard. During the search, Investigators say they found a small clandestine methamphetamine laboratory which was used to manufacture methamphetamine.

The subject of the investigation, Clayton Randall Dubeau, was apparently not home during the search, but was later located at the Caroline Apartments Complex, where he is banned, because of a raid from April 1, 2015. Dubeau was arrested, during which a small amount of suspected heroin was apparently found on him.

He was then charged with trespassing, along with a felony count of manufacturing CDS narcotic, a felony count of possession of manufacturing equipment, two counts of possession CDS not-marijuana, and possession of CDS administering equipment. Dubeau is now being held on a $100,000 bond.
