Hartly man arrested again for another reported indecent exposure incident

A Hartly man has been charged with indecent exposure for the second time in a month, after he apparently exposed himself to shoppers in Dover.
According to the Dover Police Department, officers responded to the Greentree Shopping Center parking lot, for reports of a man exposing himself to shoppers. The suspect, along with the victims who reported the incident to the store manager of Redner’s, were apparently gone when police arrived.
Police were reportedly given a license plate number and a description of a red car the suspect was driving. This led them to 18-year-old Brandon Tucker.
Police say Tucker admitted to exposing himself in the parking lot. That’s when warrants were obtained for lewdness and criminal trespass.
Officials with Dover Police say they were able to contact the victim, who told them shortly after she parked her car in the parking lot, Tucker pulled alongside her vehicle and exposed himself to her. As she exited the car, Tucker drove to another part of the parking lot.
After the victim reported the incident to the store manager and was exiting the building, police say Tucker pulled up next to her and began to inappropriately touch himself in front of her. He apparently continued this until the victim fled the area.
After learning this, Police reportedly charged Tucker with indecent exposure and harassment. He was later released on $1,000 dollars unsecured bond.
Tucker was already facing charges for exposing himself at an elementary school and daycare center, on several occasions during the month of July.
