Harrington man wanted in Dover for armed robbery incident

Police in Dover are searching for a robbery suspect, who reportedly stole a purse from two women.

Dover Police say they have a warrant for 20-year-old Jaimere Wayman, of Harrington, in connection to the armed robbery of two women that happened on Tuesday night. According to the report, around 9:45 PM, two women were approached by Wayman, who was armed with a knife, and a handgun, and demanded a purse from the ladies.

Wayman reportedly fled, as Police arrived on scene. Police say they then searched the area, and recovered the purse, and handgun, but didn’t find Wayman. He is now wanted on first degree robbery, conspiracy second degree, possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, aggravated menacing, and resisting arrest.
