Change of command at the Dover Air Force Base

A change of command at the Dover Air Force Base was made official on Saturday.
Colonel D. Scott Durham assumed command of the Air Force Reserve’s 512th Airlift Wing. This was previously under command by Colonel Raymond A. Kozak.
Durham comes to Dover Air Force Base from the Pentagon, where he served in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Reserve.
Kozak has been the wing’s commander for three years. Officials say he is returning to California to assume command of the 349th Air Mobility Wing.
