Cambridge SD Vikings Football Preview

The Cambridge South Dorchester football team is back on the grid iron, looking to add the next page in the programs already impressive history. The Vikings will be one of the most interesting teams to watch this year, as they are coming off an great 11-2 season, but graduated 32 seniors.

However, the Vikings figure to be competitive again this year with the return of some valuable players. Cambridge brings back Nathaniel Lowe at quarterback, who enters his 3rd season playing varsity ball. Joining him in the back field will be Emory Wongus, who will be easily one of the most athletic players in the conference this year. They also return players at the skill position on the outside. 

The real test of this team will be felt in the trenches, where they lose a lot of size and experience. The new group is behind the rest of the team, but working hard to make up the ground. The success of the squad, will rely heavily on just how fast the new front 5 can gel.
