Authorities searching for Dover sex offender

Delaware State Police say the Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit is looking for a Dover man after he apparently failed to register as a sex offender.

Police say David Brown, 37, is medium risk Tier 2 sex offender who has failed to register as required by law.

He is described as Brown is 5’09” and weighs approximately 180 lbs.

Authorities are asking anyone who might know the whereabouts of Brown to call 302-672-5306. Information may also be provided by calling Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333,by logging on to www.tipsubmit.com, or by sending an anonymous tip by text to 274637 (CRIMES) using the keyword “DSP.”
