UPDATE: Three more arrested after Operation “In The House”

Police say three more suspects have been arrested following a joint investigation by Delaware State Police and the Department Of Justice known as Operation “In The House”, which reportedly netted 27 arrests in early July.
24-year-old Millsboro woman Jacquelyn Heverin, 47-year-old Millsboro man Dean Zerden and 29-year-old Thomas Tallent were arrested on robbery and drug charges.
According to reports released by police Saturday, Heverin faces 13 charges including Home Invasion, PFDCF, Robbery 1st Degree, Conspiracy 2nd Degree. We’re told she was arrested on July 10 and committed to New Castle County Pretrial Supervision in default of $65,000.00 secured bond.
Zerden faces 3 charges including Possession of Cocaine, Criminal Solicitation 2nd Degree, and Conspiracy 2nd Degree. He was arrested on July 6 and was released on a $5,200.00 unsecured bond.
Tallent also faces 3 Charges including Possession of Heroin, Conspiracy 2nd Degree, and Criminal Solicitation 2nd Degree. Troopers tell 47 ABC, he was arrested on July 14 and was committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution on a $8,000.00 secured bond.
The operation is in connection to what police are calling an “organized criminal enterprise,” that apparently involved in murder, drug dealing, theft, and illegal weapons
Police say there is still one more suspect yet to be arrested. Philadelphia man Rhamir Waples, 19, is wanted on 81 Charges including Murder 1st Degree, Attempted Murder 1st Degree, Racketeering, Home Invasion, Robbery 1st Degree, Attempted Robbery 1st Degree, PFDCF, Conspiracy 2nd Degree, Reckless Endangering 1st Degree, and Wearing a Disguise During the Commission of a Felony.
