UPDATE: Operation “In The House” suspect sentenced

In Sussex County, suspect arrested after a joint investigation between the Delaware State Police and the Department of Justice was sentenced after pleading guilty to drug conspiracy charges this morning.

46-year-old Angelina Levan has been sentenced to six months behind bars, followed by eighteen months of probation.

Levan was charged with three counts of drug and heroin dealing, and one count of conspiracy in the second degree.

This, after Operation “In The House” led authorities to arrest a number of suspects believed to have been involved with home invasions in Kent and Sussex Counties.

Which, were reportedly connected to a criminal network with suspects involved in heroin and drugs.

Levan’s attorney tells 47 ABC that if it were not for the plea deal, she could have faced a minimum of forty-four years behind bars.
