UPDATE: OCPD: 2 people hit by car, sent hospital

The Ocean City Police Department tells 47 ABC that just before 4 PM, two people were taken to a hospital after they were struck by a vehicle in Ocean City.

We’re told it happened near 2nd street and Baltimore street. Investigators say one vehicle apparently tried to make a lane change but hit a car. The car that was hit swerved into the sidewalk and hit two pedestrians before hitting a parked car.

Police say a man and a woman were taken to Atlantic General and PRMC via Ocean City EMS with non-life-threatening injuries.
