UPDATE: 4 of 8 wanted for Operation “In The House” arrested

State Police say they have arrested four of the eight people that they were looking for in Operation “In The House” which netted 35 people on charges ranging from murder and racketeering, to drug dealing and conspiracy.
Delaware State Police say on Friday, 20-year-old Richard Robinson, of Philadelphia, was arrested in Philadelphia, and is currently being held there, while awaiting extradition to Delaware. Robinson is reportedly facing 81 charges in Delaware including murder 1st degree, attempted murder 1st degree, home invasion, and robbery.
Twenty Four-year-old Shamir Stratton, of New Jersey, was reportedly arrested on 22 charges including murder 1st degree, home invasion, and robbery, and is being held at Sussex Correctional Institution without bond.
Police say Samuel Jones, 34, of Millsboro, is also being held at SCI, but on a $187,500 cash bond, after his arrest on Friday, on 12 charges including tier 5 possession of cocaine, and tier 4 delivery of cocaine.
Rachel Rentoul, 30, of Wilmington, was reportedly arrested on Monday, on 13 charges including home invasion and robbery, and was released on a $65,000 unsecured bond.
State Police say they are still searching for four others, including Rhamir D. Waples, 19 of Philadelphia, PA, Jacquelyn Heverin 24 of Millsboro, Dean R. Zerden, 47 of Millsboro, and Thomas Tallent, 29 of Georgetown. The arrests, and warrants, are in connection to Operation “In The House” which had 27 initial arrests.
Meanwhile, Corina Lloyd and Domonique Johnson, have both been sentenced after pleading guilty for their involvement, on Monday. Lloyd was guilty on one count of drug dealing – tier two, was sentenced to spend 6 months in jail followed by 18 months probation. Johnson pleaded guilty to four charges, including drug dealing and tier four drug possession. He will spend a year behind bars followed by two years probation.
