Two indicted following an almost 30-year-old rape case in VA

A Louisana woman has been released on bond in Virginia after she was indicted for allegedly aiding a man in the rape of a minor.

Ruth Johnson is facing three counts including child endangerment. According to her indictment, Johnson aided Khalil Muslimani rape a 13 year old girl in the summer of 1986 in Accomack County.

Muslimani has also been indicted in this case. He is charged with rape and child endangerment. Muslimani allegedly raped the victim between June and
August of 1986. Details on this are limited due to it being a pending court case.

Muslimani is due in court at the end July for a bond hearing.
