Two arrested on drug and weapons charges in OC

Two Pennsylvania men arrested on drugs and weapons charges in Ocean City over the weekend.
Ocean City Police say on Saturday, around 6:30 PM, bicycle patrol officers noticed what they’re calling a suspicious vehicle, near 14th Street and St. Louis Avenue. Police say as Officers approached the vehicle, they saw and smelled marijuana.
According to the report, the vehicle’s three occupants were asked to get out, and Officers then searched the car and the three detainees, finding marijuana, a fixed-blade knife, and multiple drug paraphernalia items, along with nearly $1,000.
Police say they then arrested two of the occupants, Frans Estima, 21, and Jacob Tyler Sharp, 20, both of Pennsylvania. Estima was apparently charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and obstructing and hindering, and released on personal recognizance.
Sharp was reportedly charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, concealed dangerous weapons, and obstructing and hindering, and ordered to be held at the Worcester County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
The third occupant was reportedly issued a civil citation for possession of marijuana, and released.
