Troopers investigate home invasion in Felton

Authorities say they are currently investigating a home invasion in Felton late Monday night.
According to reports, the incident happened at about 11:00 PM, when two suspects enter a home on Little Mastens Corner Road. The 42-year-old victim was reportedly in her bedroom and walked into the living room after hearing a noise. She apparently was confronted by the suspects standing in her living room. Reports say the male suspect, holding a handgun grabbed the victim and demanded drugs. The victim apparently attempted to use the phone to call for help but the suspects took it from the phone and hit her in the head with an unknown object. The suspects then reportedly fled in an unknown direction.
The victim allegedly sustained minor injuries but refused medical treatment. A call to police was placed from the residence a short time later.
The male suspect is described as between the ages of 30 to 40-years-old, armed with an unknown make and model handgun. The female suspect was described as between the ages of 30 to 40-years-old.
