Smyrna man wanted on threat and weapons charges

State Police are looking for a Smyrna, who they say made threatened another with a shotgun.
Delaware State Police say early Wednesday morning around 12:45 PM, Troopers responded to a home on Smyrna Clayton Boulevard, for reports of a fight. Once on scene, Troopers say they found that the 40-year-old resident, had been involved in an altercation with his 18-year-old son, and his friends who were at the home.
According to the report, the son and his friends started to get rowdy, and threatened bodily harm on the victim, before fleeing. Police say the 18-year-old and his friends, including 24-year-old Roy Kolaco, returned to the home later. During their return, Police say Kolaco walked up to the 40-year-old with a shotgun, pointed it at the victim, and threatened to kill him. The group then reportedly fled the home in several vehicles.
The victim was apparently not injured in the ordeal. Kolaco is now wanted on a slew of charges, including aggravated menacing, terroristic threatening, possession, own, or control a firearm, destructive weapon previously convicted of a violent felony, offensive touching, and possession deadly weapon – firearm, during the commission of a felony. Kolaco is also apparently wanted for failing to appear on traffic charges.
