Power outage in Salisbury mostly fixed

Officials tell 47 ABC a power outage Monday in Salisbury has mostly been fixed.

According to reports, an animal of some sort damaged a transformer in Salisbury, causing over 1,300 people to lose power around 2:20 PM on Monday. The areas affected were Eastern Shore Drive, North Park Drive, and South Park Drive.

Officials say by 3:37 PM, around 1,180 people were back in service.

A check of the online outage map shows that less than ten people without power.
