PA man indicted after daughter dies in Worcester Co. crash

A Pennsylvania man has been indicted after his daughter died in a car accident last Thanksgiving.

According to Maryland State Police 62-year-old Robert Tabourn Sr. was driving on Route 113 in Snow Hill when he apparently drove off the road and hit a tree.

His daughter, 27-year-old Jhoanna Tabourn, died in the accident and her two kids were hospitalized.

At the time police indicated alcohol may have been a factor in the crash.

Tabourn was indicted on 11 counts including negligent manslaughter, which comes with a maximum penalty of ten years behind bars, and a DUI.

According to online court documents, he has an initial appearance in court scheduled for August.
