“Operation Spartan” leads to arrest of one of Wic. County’s Most Wanted

Through a Wicomico County crime initiative titled “Operation Spartan”, Maryland State Police Salisbury Barrack says three Delaware men and one of Wicomico County’s Most Wanted were arrested on drug charges.
Police say he following men were arrested on charges of possession of a controlled and dangerous substance with intent to distribute (Heroin) and possession of a controlled and dangerous substance (Marijuana):
- 23-year-old Keith Eugene Sivels of Lincoln, DE
- 20-year-old Myron Deshaun Price of Ellendale, DE
- 21-year-old Davaun Trey Collins of Laurel, DE
We’re told, also arrested as a part of the operation was 26-year-old William James Luffman of Willards, MD. Authorities tell us Luffman was arrested on possession of a controlled and dangerous substance (Heroin).
Prior to the Saturday arrest, Luffman was one Wicomico County’s Most Wanted.
MSP says the operation took place in Wicomico County between noon and 10 PM.
According to police, troopers conducted traffic stops across the county. They say in the four arrests, they seized the following:
- 324 baggies of heroin
- Over six grams of marijuana
- $1,147.00
- 2001 Acura
